When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.
How much notice do I need to give if I plan on moving?
Whether you are month-to-month or your lease is expiring, we require a 2 full calendar month written notice.
How do I get a Rent Certificate?
Residents must print off their own Rent Certificate, fill out the top section and mail or email to the main office (office@gorentapg.com) so we can fill the rest out and send back to you.
